Bash Street (2011)
Produced by Kandu Arts
Directed by
Ed Deedigan
Bash Street was the the second feature film from Kandu Arts. It is a truly collaborative community film, tackling some challenging issues.
As with our earlier film, it features a cast combining professional actors and community members, such as Con O’Neill (Uncle, Happy Valley, Ordinary Lies etc) and Jan Graveson. With a cast and crew of over a 100 from Chippenham and wider area.
Bash Street Premiere
A film was created following the premiere of Bash Street.
There was a write-up done by the Gazette (below) where it clearly states that the film, which was put together over five years on a budget of just £7,000, inter-relates a number of real-life experiences of crime, growing up and relationships.
